Best Practices for your Professional Juicer Mixer Grinder

Best Practices for your Professional Juicer Mixer Grinder

Want to make the most of your Professional Juicer Mixer Grinder? We've put together a best practices guide from customer feedback and our engineering teams know-how to help you use and maintain your JMG for years to come.

1. How to lock the lid in place?

The lids for the JMG are designed to seal the jars completely and prevent spills and messes. For this purpose, the lids are designed to fit tightly and can seem stiff to lock in place for the first few uses.

Its important to align the lid with the seams of the jar and apply gentle but firm pressure until the lid and the jar are sealed and then lock the clips into place.

2. How to lock the jar in place?

There is an indicator arrow and lock symbol on both the JMG's base and on each of the jars, to help guide the jars onto the base securely. Set the jar on the base firmly, align the arrow with the unlock symbol and turn clockwise until the arrow is aligned with the lock symbol.

Ensure the jar & lid is locked in place securely, as the machine will not start if these are not secured correctly.

3. How to reset your Juicer Mixer Grinder?

If you are receiving an error and need to reset your Juicer Mixer Grinder, simply remove any jars from the base; turn the base over and press the button on the base of the machine to reset.

4. How to clean the Juicer Mixer Grinder?

Cleaning the JMG couldn't be simpler; the jars, lids and utensils can either be hand washed with warm, soapy water or simply put in the dishwasher for easy cleaning.

DO NOT immerse the base in water, simply wipe the base clean with a slightly damp cloth.

TIP: If you are making something that would leave an oily residue in the jar e.g. peanut butter; once you are ready to clean up add some warm, soapy water in the jar and run on a medium cycle for 1-2 mins and this will degrease the inside.
