Ingredients:
- 1 pack (400g) Ready Roll Pizza Dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce, divided
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 24 slices pepperoni, divided
- 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
Method:
- On a floured cutting board, unroll pizza dough and cut in thirds width wise. Refrigerate 2 pieces of dough.
- Roll out pizza dough to 8x5-inch rectangle.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons pizza sauce on half of rectangle, sprinkle with about 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese. Place 8 pepperoni slices over cheese.
- Top with 3 slightly rounded tablespoons shredded cheese. Fold dough over filling. Crimp to seal edges.
- Transfer calzone to air fryer basket. Prick top with a fork. Set air fryer temperature on 200°C.
- Turning halfway through, cook 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. If crust starts to get too brown, cover with aluminum foil.
- Repeat Steps 2 through 5 with remaining dough.
