Should you wish to return your order after delivery due to a change of mind, we are pleased to offer a refund or exchange. This is applicable as long as the item remains unopened and in its original packaging. Please note that this option is available for a period of 14 days following the delivery of your order.

Returns/Cancellations Policy

If for whatever reason you change your mind and would like to return your order after delivery, we’re happy to refund or exchange your purchase as long as it’s unopened and in its original packaging. Regulations, we will accept items back even if you have opened the goods to inspect them. You are entitled to a refund as long as you inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 calendar days from the day after delivery of the goods. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using them. The goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition and returned in the original, undamaged packaging, along with any accessories and free gifts received with them.

How you can contact us to refund/cancel your purchase: You can cancel your order by getting in touch via the contact form facility on the Contact Us page. Once we have received the goods back from you, we will give you a refund for the cost of the product only. We may make a deduction from the refund for any loss in value of the goods if the loss is a result of any unnecessary handling by you. Refunds can take up to 10 days to be credited to your payment card once we’ve received your returned item. We cannot refund/cancel your purchase: The seal has been broken on any personal hygiene products such as shavers.

We understand how frustrating it can be when a product develops a fault. That's why we strive to provide a seamless returns service.

Guarantee Period: If your product experiences a fault within the guarantee period (typically 12 months from delivery, please consult your product manual for individual product warranties), we offer the option of an exchange or refund.

Conditions for Refund or Exchange: To qualify for a refund or exchange, the product must be in "as new" condition, complete with all accessories, free gifts, and preferably with the original box and packaging.

Refunds for Faulty Goods: When refunding faulty goods, we will also include the applicable delivery charge. Replacement goods are shipped via standard delivery.

Exclusions: Please note that we do not cover faults caused by accidents, neglect, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Intended Use: The items sold on our website are primarily intended for normal domestic and consumer use, not for resale or commercial purposes. If we arrange to collect goods from you, the cost will be covered by us.
