Slow Cooker Chicken Pot Pie Stew

Cook this delicious chicken pot pie stew in one of our fantastic energy saving Hamilton Beach "Comfort Cook" Slow Cookers for an easy weeknight dinner!

  • 1 tin Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 tsp Poultry seasoning of choice
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ½ tsp Coarse black pepper
  • 500g Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 3 cups Frozen Mixed vegetables
  • 2 sticks of Celery, sliced
  • 1 Medium onion, chopped


  1. In a slow cooker crock, stir together soup, poultry seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Add chicken, peas and carrots, celery, corn and onion. Stir until chicken is well-coated.
  3. Cover slow cooker and cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or until chicken is cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken to a cutting board. Using 2 forks, shred chicken. Transfer shredded chicken back to crock and stir until blended.
  5. Serve with some toasted crusty bread
