Tandoori Aloo (Air Fryer)

Tandoori Aloo are potatoes marinated in spice and roasted in the air fryer until golden and smoky. Tangy, vibrant and full of flavour, they make a perfect starter or snack with mint chutney.

Serves 4 -6

Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes, 800g, cut into cubes 
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp Tandoori masala (store bought)
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced to garnish.
  • Juice of 1 lemon to garnish
  • 15g, coriander leaves, chopped. 

Method

  • Mix the potatoes with the tandoori masala, oil and salt.
  • Arrange marinated potatoes in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 20 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and slightly charred.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander, onion slices and a squeeze of lemon juice. Serve hot with mint chutney.
