Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (semi-thawed)
  • 1 cup low fat or non fat vanilla yogurt
  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup vanilla wafers

Directions

  1. Place ingredients in blender jar in order listed.
  2. Cover and blend for up to a minute or until you are satisfied with its consistency.
  3. Sprinkle with additional crushed vanilla wafers and fresh blueberries.
