Ingredients
- 3 tbsp instant coffee
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 400-500ml milk
Method
- Add the coffee, sugar and 3 tbsp boiling water to a bowl. Using the Hamilton Beach 7-Speed Digital Electric Hand Mixer, whisk for around 5 minutes until thick, fluffy and holding stiff peaks.
- For hot coffee, heat the milk and pour into two heatproof glasses. For iced coffee, use cold milk. Divide the whipped coffee mixture between the glasses and spoon over the top.
